Profile
Estonian based pianist Susanna Liisa Onoper began her piano studies at the age of 7 and has won several prizes as a soloist, accompanist, and ensemble player in both native and international competitions. She also loves playing the harpsichord. At 16 she realized that the most fulfilling way to perform was to share the stage with fellow musicians and has since played in numerous ensembles; accompanied string, woodwind and brass players, singers and choirs; and participated in many orchestras, as a member and a soloist. She has a Bachelor’s degree in piano and has studied for a Master’s degree in chamber music; as a MEXT Scholar, she is currently studying for a Piano Master’s degree in Tokyo University of the Arts.
